The return and exchange is very easy!
- We do not cover any returns to us.
- All items must be in original condition with all accessories. All items will be examined upon return.
- If we receive an item in improper condition, the refund will become void and the item (s) will be returned to you as paid for by the company.
- If we receive an item too late, the refund will become void and the item (s) will be returned to you as paid by the company. Are the goods damaged or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us within 2 working days after receiving your order!
- If your refund is accepted, you will receive an email with confirmation of the refund.
- It may take up to 7 business days to refund the card you paid with.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of accessories (earrings, necklaces).
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until they are received. Keep proof of your return when you return the package.
