Yes, but the only valid reason to refuse to receive and pay for a COD order is for wrong product/s or damaged products delivered (orders delivered are not what was actually ordered). In this case, kindly inform the rider of the reason for refusing to receive and pay so that the order can be returned to us quickly for immediate remedying.

We have a size guide on our website. All our sizes are European sizes. You can convert them very easily with the size guide. In case you don’t know your size, please contact us so we can assist you!
Unfortunately, we don't know how much the customer will be charged. Any tax or customs duty will be applied to your order by your local customs office after we have shipped it. The costs are not applied by Classy and fab and it can vary on various factor how much the price will be. In 90% of the cases, it is around 9 euro but it can be more or less. All orders will be shipped internationally from Morocco.
