WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive automatically a tracking number from us. You can track this on the website or click on the link to go directly to the website.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, this is not in our hands. The customs decide this by law. Any customs charges must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by Classy&Fabb. For more information we would suggest you to get in touch with the local customs office.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is possible to cancel your order as long as it isn’t dispatched. As soon as it is dispatched and send, it wouldn’t be possible for us to cancel or edit it.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to process any exchanges. You can return your order to us and place a new order. You can found more about it at the section “RETURNS”.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Are you not happy with your purchase? We are happy to accept the returns and refund on the items that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return policy:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Pierced jewelry can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Any items must be in the original condition with all the accessoires.
- Shoes must be tried indoors.
- Items MUST have all tags attached.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Keep your receipt until we have received the package. You can send it with any parcel company, as long as we receive it on the following adres:
