MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

We kindly ask you to review the following information carefully before placing your order.

At IMANE BELHAJ CAFTAN, we operate with exclusive limited collections and a made-to-order production model. Each piece is crafted individually after an order is placed.

PRODUCTION

All items are made-to-order. We do not hold stock.

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

DELIVERY

All orders are made-to-order and shipped from Morocco.

Production time: approximately 10 working days

Delivery time: approximately 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.

EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds.

We offer a one-time exchange only, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The return must be made within 14 days of delivery
  
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  
• All original tags must be attached
  

If the requested item is not available, an alternative solution will be offered.

EU NOTICE

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal may apply unless the item is considered personalized or made to the customer’s specifications.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is made-to-order and produced specifically upon request.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

All orders are shipped from Morocco.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

QUALITY ISSUES

If your item arrives with a defect or quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we may assist you.
