RETURN POLICY
THE RETURN IS VERY EASY
Follow up the rules for an easy return policy. In case you need more help, please contact us!
- You can ship your order back to us within 14 days after recipient. The SALE-articles are NOT eligible for refunds! Any returned SALE-articles will get a VOUCHER with the amount on it. In case you return any items after the 14 days, no refund will be offered nor will your items be returned to you.
- Scarves are not accepted for return.
- Please note that the MINI-jellabat are made on measure. This means that a REFUND is not possible. We can only EXCHANGE the size for you!
- Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we have a strict no-return policy on all jewelry Items
Returns are quick, easy and free. Start just follow the simple steps below.
- 1. Repack your items, an send it back to us.
- 2. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item. You’ll receive your refund in up to 7 days!
Full returns policy below:
- All items must be in an original condition with all accessoires included the guarantee-tag.
- All items will be examined upon return!
- If we receive an item in improper condition, the refund will become void!
- In case you return any items after 14 days upon receipt, no refund will be offered nor will your items be returned to you.
- If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation. It may take up to seven business days to receive the refund
- Please, keep the proof of your return when you send us the package.
For MOROCCAN customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 2 days of receipt. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving your parcels. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.
If you wish to return your items to CLASSYANDFABB, we offer FREE returns for MOROCCAN Customers. Your returns label will be included in your parcel. We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for international customers, returns must be made at your own cost.
Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders.
Unfortunately we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order.
